Battle of the Blades

As we mentioned on previous posts, the Aifl Culinary department has started its own cooking competition show, Battle of the Blades, filmed by the VP club, and the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale VFX Club were fortunate to be in charge of the title opening and overall look / logo design for the show. After many revisions and re-renders, we finally can proudly present you guys our premiere of the title opening. Battle of the Blades Tease

Howdy! We're getting closer to premier our first Title Bumper for the Battle of the Blades show. The renders are looking delicious! Here are some in the making screen shots! (The last frame shot, and the progress of the render.)

Spotlight Title Bumper

Hi VFX folks! Cool projects are coming out of our club's creatives! We had the opportunity of putting this title bumper together, for this year’s Student Exhibition and Award Show, Spotlight. Which will be displayed in the entrance of the gallery at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and also be broadcasted on aifltv.com for its website launching event.
Idil Gozde, a motion and graphic design student  and also a member of our club is sharing with us our latest assignment on her blog.

AIFL TV.com Video Ident

This semester, we are collaborating with the video production and web department. Their main focus is to launch AiflTV.com which will be webcasting several short films, contest shows and many more projects in the making from the art institute. Here is the logo ident designed and animated by Idil Gozde.

Battle of the Blades

This term will mark our first assignment in the VFX club and we will be designing and animating for Aifl Culinary's Battle of the Blades' show opening, which will be webcasted on the upcoming Aifltv.com.
